Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our research chemical products, all sales are final.

For safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, Cytovix cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for research chemical products once an order has been shipped. This policy applies to opened and unopened products.

Please carefully review your order, including the product name, quantity, and specifications, before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
